Officer Installation Dinner RSVP Form

    You are invited to attend our Council's Knights of Columbus Officer's Installation Ceremony and Dinner on Saturday, June 24 in the Parish Life Center. 

    Arrive in the PLC at 6:00 pm for the ceremony.
    Officer Installation Ceremony begins around 6:30 pm.
    Dinner     follows the ceremony, starting around 7:15 pm.

    An Olive Garden Italian dinner will be served, consisting of 3 meats, 3 sauces, 2 kinds of pasta, salad and bread sticks with a dessert of Scotchie's famous cake along with ice cream.

    Please RSVP by Monday June 19 with the number of people who plan to attend the Installation Dinner by entering the information below; then submit this form. 

    Cost is $20.00 per person. 
    Coffee and bottled water are included with the dinner. Sodas will be available for a donation.     BYOB
