    Officer Installation Dinner RSVP Form

    You are invited to attend our Council's Knights of Columbus Officer's Installation Ceremony and Dinner on Saturday, June 21 in the Cafeteria. 
    • Arrive in the Cafeteria at 5:00 pm
    • Officer Installation Ceremony 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm
    • Dinner starts around 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm.

    An Olive Garden Italian dinner will be served, consisting of 3 meats, 3 sauces, 2 kinds of pasta, salad, bread sticks and a dessert.

    Please RSVP by Monday June 16 with the number of people who plan to attend the Installation Dinner by entering the information below; then submit this form. 

    Cost is $20.00 per person. 
    Coffee and bottled water are included with the dinner. Sodas will be available for a donation.
