    Officer Installation Dinner RSVP Form

    You are invited to attend our Council's Knights of Columbus Officer's Installation Ceremony and Dinner on Saturday, June 25 in the Parish Life Center. 

    Arrive in the PLC at 6:00 pm
    Officer Installation Ceremony begins around 6:30 pm
    BBQ Dinner (Chicken, Pork, Green Beans, Salad and Cornbread) catered by Lou Elrose follows the ceremony, starting around 7:15 pm


    Please RSVP by Friday June 17 with the number of people who plan to attend the Installation Dinner by entering the information below; then submit this form. 

    Cost is $20.00 per person. 
    Iced tea, coffee and bottled water are included with the dinner. Sodas will be available for a donation.
