Faith in Action Programs Chart  for our Council

To view our Council's Faith in Action Program Chart for our Council, click on this link:     Faith in Action Programs

Organized into Faith, Family, Community and Life categories, the Faith in Action program model empowers Knights to come together to share faith, celebrate fraternity with loved ones, and do what they do best — stand shoulder to shoulder in service to the community and to defend life at all stages and in every condition.

This chart shows our Council's Program Directors and our Council's events and chairmen under each of the activities falling under each program.

Faith in Action Program Resources from  the Supreme Council

To learn more about the Faith in Action Programs, go to the Supreme Council Faith in Action Resources Overview web page.  This page contains links to different resources such as:
  • #10907 Faith in Action Guidebook which contains information on all of the programs.  Open this document (and save it to your computer for future reference) and for each program, it contains a description of that program and links to resources for that program.
  • #10581 Faith in Action FAQs is a Frequently Asked Questions document.
  • Fraternal Program Reports Form #10784 used to access the online reports for Faith in Action accomplishments
  • Programs Forms Reference Guide that shows all of the 10784 online reports and any other required Supreme reports for each Faith in Action Category and programs
  • Fraternal Programs Report Form Training Video (when you click on the link, the video automatically starts but for the first 1.25 minutes the screen shows “Knights of Columbus 2020 Year in Review”; ignore this)
On the top of the Faith in Action Resources Overview page, you will see sub-headings under the FAITH IN ACTION - RESOURCES heading.  When you click on a Faith, Family, Community or Life sub heading, it opens another page that contains more information and resources for the programs within that category.

You can use this information to research the information under a program category to help you determine which new program can be implemented for our Council.  For example, under the category Family, there are several programs listed.  For the Family of the Month/Year program, there are 6 resources/links. If you click on #10607Guide Sheet, program and resource information is available to help you know what is involved with this program and how it should work.

Leave No Neighbor Behind - Council's Neighbor Help Program

Picture

Our Council supports the Knights of Columbus Leave No Neighbor Behind initiative – the Helping Hands program. Our Council's program offers labor help to the disadvantaged members of our communities; those with physical, financial or other limitations, including brother Knights and SMM Men’s Club members and SMM parishioners. We can provide help with small projects around the house like fixing fences, pressure washing driveways and yard work. Click on the photo to see more information on this program.

As Knights, we recognize our duty is to lead our families, help our parishes, and serve our communities, remembering always that where there’s a need, there’s a Knight.
